The Telegraph Sports Book Awards is the major annual promotion for sports writing and publishing, the awards exist to highlight the most outstanding sports books of the previous calendar year, to showcase their merits and to enhance their reputation and profile.

The 2021 awards will be the 19th annual Sports Book Awards campaign. We aim to hold a live ceremony at either; Lord’s Cricket Ground or The Kia Oval in June 2021, most likely with an outside festival element to the event. We will of course respect any Covid-19 restrictions and we will move to a virtual ceremony again if necessary.
